On the rare occasion that your goods are faulty or not as ordered, please email us at info@sarahwhiteboutique.co.uk or send us a message on WhatsApp. Our team will advise you on the returns process.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Goods must be returned to us within 7 Working Days alongside all labels and packaging. Once it has been checked by our team, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We cannot issue refunds due to information errors listed on our website, as these are for guidance purposes only. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not follow our returns policy and final discretion is upon management staff.

Please note that the colour stated, is the colour given by the manufacturer.  Colours may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings.

Products are also for sale in a physical store, therefore, they are subject to availability and sometimes they may go out of stock before your order has been processed. Ordering from us does not necessarily mean that the item is still in stock.
