Returns Policy
We know you are going to love your purchase, but if for some reason you need to make a return, our policy is outlined below. We are here to help and appreciate your understanding!!
Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.

At www.sarahwhiteboutique.co.uk, we offer refunds for new, unused, unworn items.

We are unable to issue refunds on items returned to us after 14 days.
​
Return items must be unworn, free of any signs of wash/wear, free of perfume and smoke with all applicable tags attached & original packaging. Please be aware of makeup stains or fake tan marks on the clothing as we cannot offer refunds for garments with these.

You have 14 days to return your items from the day you receive your purchases.
​
Only new, unused items will be processed for a return.
Please package your returns well, ensuring your items will not be damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any damages occurred during transit.

If you paid a delivery fee, we will not refund the delivery charge, in addition to your item refund.
We are able to accept jewellery such as necklaces, bracelets and brooches, however, we cannot accept earrings due to hygiene reasons.
The following items are not available for return/exchange:

All Sale items, all earrings and any undergarments. Gift cards and items won in a giveaway are not eligible for return/exchange.
